Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident enrolling in a Beyond the Badge Leadership program. The policy below explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your purchase, provided that you have completed less than 10% of the course content at the time of the request. Course progress is measured by lesson, workbook, and assessment completion as recorded on the platform.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available when any of the following apply:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • You have completed 10% or more of the course content.
  • A certificate of completion has been issued for the program.
  • Substantial course materials, downloads, or assessments have been consumed.

Department & Group Purchases

Refund requests for department, agency, or group purchases are reviewed individually. We will work with the authorized administrator on a fair resolution based on the number of seats activated, progress completed across the cohort, and the circumstances of the request.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@commandgridhq.com from the address associated with your enrollment and include:

  • The full name on the account.
  • The program you enrolled in.
  • The order or receipt reference if available.
  • A brief reason for the request.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Once a refund is processed, access to the corresponding program is revoked.
