These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Beyond the Badge Leadership's website, courses, assessments, workbooks, and related Services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Enrollment & Access
Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, limited license to access the purchased program for the period stated at purchase. You may not share login credentials or distribute course materials.
Payment
Tuition is payable at the time of enrollment. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Department and group purchases may be invoiced separately. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including video, written material, workbooks, assessments, the Trust to Lead™ curriculum, branding, and the Beyond the Badge Leadership name — is owned by Beyond the Badge Leadership or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, scrape, or reverse engineer the Platform.
- Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Do not use the Platform to misrepresent credentials or impersonate others.
Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued when program requirements are met. Certificates recognize completion of training and do not constitute professional licensure, accreditation, or guarantee of advancement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond the Badge Leadership disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond the Badge Leadership's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid for the program giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Platform or other students. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the company's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
